how do you stop the username changing to My Documents, in a lage group it is impossible to go direct to the assinged folder

We see this on our various file servers hosting roaming profiles/redirected home directories, and it cropped up with Vista not just 7. That said while I don't know a fix, entering the path to the folder you are looking for in the address bar will allow you to go to the folder you are looking for.
